By accessing and using the Orqestrate website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Orqestrate provides construction consulting services, including but not limited to planning & scheduling, BIM/VDC modeling, project management support, and delay analysis ("Services"). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).
3. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for Orqestrate to perform the requested Services. Any delays or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client information are the sole responsibility of the Client.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Orqestrate be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services.
6. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Orqestrate's website shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
Orqestrate reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
